Warranty information:
If your motorcycle has a fault within the warranty period we will raise a warranty with the manufacturer. It is the manufacturers desicion wether the warranty is approved not Newcombe Brothers Motorcycles. Should the warranty be deemed as user fault the warranty work will not be compleated unless paid for by the owner of the motorcycle/scooter. It is the owners responsibility to get the vehicle to us for the warranty work, unless you are with Royal Enfeild who provide roadside recovery it is not the shops responibilty to transport your vehicle. For this reason we strongly suggest that you get roadside recovery within your insurance. We will always carry out warranty work however the time scale is led by how busy the workshop is with other booked work. We will always try to do warranty work once we have received the parts as soon as we can, we appreciate your understanding.
